Great British Menu
London and South EastCookery competition. The country鈥檚 chefs have cooked for the Queen and for the French. Now they compete to cook a four course dinner at London's Gherkin building, hosted by Heston Blumenthal. Judge Matthew Fort will select two chefs from each region. This time, in the London and the South East heats, he chooses between Jason Atherton, Jake Watkins, Adebola Adeshina and Atul Kochhar. The seven winners from the regional heats will then cook in the national finals.
