Fourteen of the nation's top chefs compete to convince the French that we can match them in gastronomic prowess. Atul Kochhar and Stuart Gillies compete to represent the South East in the national finals. For the main course, Stuart serves up roast suckling pig and Atul spices things up with lamb rack and pan-fried lamb patties. Presented by Jennie Bond.
