Cr锚pe recipes

Storage
If making cr锚pes in advance, layer each cr锚pe between sheets of greaseproof paper, then wrap them in cling film. Store them in the fridge (for use the next day) or in the freezer for up to one month.
Preparation
If you invest in a proper cr锚pe pan, preferably non-stick, it can make preparing successful cr锚pes easier 鈥� it鈥檚 a short-sided frying pan about 20cm/8in across. 颁谤锚辫别蝉 can be served as soon as they鈥檙e made but they can be made in advance.
