Tom lives in East London with his wife, Kate, and the pair like to make a real event out of every dinner time.
Tom always finds time to bake, and if he feels that he doesn鈥檛 then he will sit down and re-evaluate, as it means his work-life balance is off. Having lost 30kg, his mentality to food is now 鈥渉ave your cake and eat it鈥 鈥 so he still enjoys his bakes, but believes in everything in moderation.
He is hands on in the kitchen and enjoys making his own cheese and salami. Tom isn鈥檛 shy when it comes to flavours and likes to surprise those he鈥檚 feeding with unexpected ingredients.
