Johnnie Mountain
Johnnie started out as a lowly waiter in North West England, and later went on to work at Caf茅 Dell Ugo with Alastair Little followed by stints at The Vine, The Fat Duck and Mirabelle.
At the turn of the millennium Johnnie opened his first restaurant, Mosaica in Wood Green, London and has recently opened his latest venture, The English Pig in Westminster.
