The most exciting young voice in American country music today, 24 year old Kacey Musgraves has made waves on both sides of the Atlantic in the last twelve months.
A Texan native, Kacey relocated to Nashville where she recorded her critically acclaimed debut album Same Trailer, Different Park.
Since then she鈥檚 won two Grammy Awards for Best Country Album and Single and won the New Artist of the Year award at the CMA鈥檚, had a song featured on the soundtrack to the hugely popular TV series Nashville and is touring with none other than Katy Perry.
Championed by Bob Harris and Simon Mayo, Kacey has become a Radio 2 playlist favourite and played live with Lady Antebellum and Willie Nelson.
