成人快手 SO PLUS FAMILY is a series of free interactive, family-friendly workshops which introduce the music of the 成人快手 SO concerts at the Barbican, including a 拢5 ticket offer (plus booking fee*) for the evening concert. Workshops take place 6.00pm-7.00pm in the Fountain Room, before the main evening concert at 7.30pm.
There鈥檚 a Scandinavian flavour to this concert, with the dramatic story of a tree nymph from Finnish composer Sibelius, and the Third Symphony by Danish composer Nielsen. The symphony starts with a waltz, and includes music inspired by Nielsen鈥檚 childhood in the Danish countryside. At the heart of the programme is the Piano Concerto No. 3 by Russian composer Rachmaninov, full of dazzling piano playing and gorgeous tunes.

Suitable for newcomers and music fans alike. If you play an instrument, bring it along as there will be an opportunity for you to join in. For families or school groups with children between the ages of 8 and 16. At least one of your group must be aged 16 or under. These concerts are not recommended for children under the age of 8.
