The Proms returns to Camden鈥檚 industrial answer to the Royal Albert Hall for a programme which takes its lead from Ligeti鈥檚 iconic Ramifications. This embracing score, for two groups of spatially positioned strings, is heard alongside music by one of Ligeti鈥檚 natural musical heirs, Georg Friedrich Haas, and other new pieces concerned with physical space.

The concert culminates in a major work from David Sawer that reflects the energy and physicality of dance.

Please note that this Prom is part of the 'Bloomberg Summer at the Roundhouse' series which is returning for its fifth consecutive year with 'Curtain Call' by internationally renowned artist, architect and designer Ron Arad. Ron Arad鈥檚 360掳 floor-to-ceiling installation is made up of 5,600 silicon rods suspended and filling the Roundhouse鈥檚 iconic Main Space.

The concert will take place in and around Ron Arad鈥檚 'Curtain Call' installation. We encourage audience members to move around the space during the performance to get the most from this immersive concert experience.
