From our reporters in Germany

Hugo's there?

mandeep_sanghera.gifHANOVER - I'll tell you who goes there... only the legendary Mexican striker Hugo Sanchez! And, apart from , another memorable moment saw the Mexican national team join me (well sort of) on the train as I left Nuremberg.

I remember Hugo for his somersault goal celebrations while I was growing up and used to think that not only can he score but he's got an amazing trick as well. You can't mess with that.

He was sat next to Barcelona striker Samuel Eto'o and, I'm sorry Sammy, but Hugo was the man and he came first.

I would have loved to have spoken to Eto'o but he left as I was interviewing Hugo. Cameroon and Barcelona striker Eto'o is a brilliant player and I would've liked to have seen him strutting his stuff in Germany but there you go.

Anyway, Hugo had signed autographs and posed for pictures before I spoke to him and I think he realised I would have kept him there for quite a while. So he made moves to leave but I managed to squeeze in as many questions as I could.

On to the Mexican team. I travelled to Hanover today for the game later on and the Mexicans were on the same train.

I tried to go and speak to them - but found access to their carriages blocked by a police guard!!

That's funny, to see Real Madrid legend with a current Barca player.

Hugo was a great player, but for a Barca fan like me, I just couldn't tolerate his saults. But I'd still love to hear his views.
