Us Brits love a good cuppa and whether your tipple is tea or coffee, many of us follow certain rules to make sure we get it just right.
One Show Deputy Editor Lynne will only drink tea if it's out of a cup which is white inside - she reckons it makes it taste better!
Whereas Assistant Producer Vicki insists on a cafetiere and hot skinny milk on the side- no instant coffee for her!
So how do you drink yours?
Is a pot important? Do you add the milk before or after? Will you use a mug or will only a cup and saucer do?
Can you taste the difference between instant and perculated? Does your coffee have to be a skinny soya decaf cappuccino with an extra shot from only fairtrade beans?
