Tonight at 8.30pm on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ FOUR, you can see The Miracle Boat. This is a documentary charting the success of the Hilwai, a floating orthopaedic clinic, established by the French charity, . The 50-foot boat, manned by local people, seeks out those in need, stranded on the Philippines' seven thousand remote islands, and manufactures prosthetic limbs for them.
