It's the Parliamentary Voting System And Constituencies Bill, Mr Smith.
Not the 'Devonwall' Bill nor 'Engwall' Bill - although the latter would be a more territorially proportionate and precise hybrid title - nor any other catchy but inaccurate term you may come up with for a shallow dumbing down soundbite title.
It's got the look of a sixth former homework first stab at a draft shambles bill, that's for sure.
It's quite surprising - for a '³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ investigative journalist' - that you haven't yet teased out the significant bearing that Mr Lavery's recent letter to
Deputy Prime Minister Clegg has upon the practicality/impracticality of this bill, its implementation and its susceptibility to challenge should it ever get on the statute books without extensive and fundamental amendment and correction.
