Regular readers might remember last month I posted about a new Radio 4 comedy, The News at Bedtime, a news programme with a fairytale twist written by Ian Hislop and Nick Newman and presented by John Tweedledum and Jim Tweedledee (Jack Dee and Peter Capaldi).

This preview of the show was animated by , who previously created the Mitchell and Webb animation Flightless Birds.

The show itself starts on Christmas Eve at 6.15pm and will be running every weekday evening until January 2nd.
