Aled - has a meeting regarding a trip to Essex and another one regarding a secret - an as yet unannounced trip. He's then going to the gym and sleeping (possibly at the same time)

Sam - is hopefully going to a spinning class, investigating Essex options and then watching the England game with a big bowl of tortelloni. Yum!

Chris - is going to the gym this morning and then he's filming his new TV series this evening

Dave - is writing tonight's Football Express for 5Live

Dom - will be researching computers as his laptop is about to break

Tina - is going to see the doctor about her painful neck and then she's getting her eyebrows threaded

Sam - will be seeing whether we can organise a trip to Essex on Thursday night

Aled - has a completely free day - he hasn't one of these in a long time!

Matt - will be busy working in the office and then calling loads of estate agents tonight

As you may or may not be aware, Dave Vitty is the height of fashion. People look to him for the latest style trends and to find out what's 'en vogue'. So this morning, when he came into work wearing a very fetching checked shirt, there was a lot of excitement in the studio. Unfortunately though, two people in the building already happened to be wearing said shirt - former producer Will Kinder and a nice gentleman from the live music team.

And then it materialised that Fearne Cotton was also clad in the same shirt.

Chris - is filming an action movie sequence for his TV show where he'll be running around wearing a vest whilst clutching a gun (which of course is a pretend one)

Dave - will be recording podcast links and then he has some assorted jobs

Dom - is writing and presenting the Oddbox and then he has another boring meeting

Tina - will be spending most of the day catching up on lots of work

Aled - will be podcasting and then he has several meeting; this afternoon he's going to the gym and then catching up on the X Factor

Aled - Is going to one of his best friend's wedding and as it turns out, he's making sure the whole day runs smoothly
