Chris - is exercising again (yesterday he walked five miles) - he might go walking again or do some cycling, then tonight he'll be watching the final of Lost and sleeping
Dave - will be embracing new technology as he welcomes GCH into his house; it's also his Mum's birthday so he'll be going to visit her
Tina - will be sleeping and looking at some new flats today
Dom - will be going to the gym today as he didn't go yesterday; he may have sushi for tea
Aled - has a meeting with some VIPs, then he has the playlist meeting and then he'll be rehearsing a dance routine at Pineapple Dance Studios
Matt - also has the playlist meeting, then tonight he'll be catching up with a good friend who used to work at Radio 1
Chris - is going to see his friend Ricky from online for a cup of tea, then he has an appointment to make his feet better again, and then this afternoon he's going to be training and unpacking his bag and dirty washing from North Wales
Dave - has a short meeting with Tim Westwood in his imaginarium, then he has to tidy up the house as Aunty Edna is coming around
Aled - today he has record company appointments, a doctor's appointment and a gym appointment (joy)

On this morning's show we announced that Tina will be performing somewhere this evening in front of a crowd of live music fans.
This is her first ever public performance (she's never even sung karaoke before), so find out how she fares tomorrow morning; she'll also be 'Fresh Off Stage' in Nick Grimshaw's show tonight from 10pm
Also this morning, the team did a Q&A with 150 Media Studies students at Bangor University whilst Greg went out and about in Bangor meeting local shopkeepers.
Chris is currently cooking a curry for everyone and then this evening we're all off to Tina's gig. She'll be getting some help in the form of a local band and backing dancers/singers Aled, Matt, Dave and Dom.

Chris, Dave, Tina, Aled, Matt and Dom - are still in North Wales. Tina will be preparing lunch for us this afternoon, but we're all a little bit worried about her culinary skills. Listen to Greg from 1 to hear the result! This afternoon we may be doing something nautical-based and then this evening we'll be involved in a sporting activity. We'll tell you more about it during tomorrow's show.

Chris, Dave, Aled, Matt, Dom and Tina - are in all North Wales today. After the show, they will be going on a Magical Mystery Tourbus around the area, with Greg James as the bus conductor. At lunchtime they will be sampling some of Dave's cooking - the menu consists of squeaky cheese and chili jam, chili con carne served on a bed of rice and then fresh yoghurt with honey and toasted Welsh almonds. This afternoon they'll be relaxing and then this evening they'll be out and about in town.
Monday - what's the team doing in North Wales?
Chris - will be preparing some more mash-ups for his soundclash with Tim Westwood on Sunday afternoon at Radio 1's Big Weekend
Dave - will be catching up on some sleep and also doing some shopping with Dominic
Dominic - will be cooking lunch for Greg James and the team; he's opted for a king prawn risotto - listen in from 1 to hear the results!
Aled - will be on a beach with some students from Bangor University, co-ordinating a massive clear-up operation of rubbish. They'll be attempting to make some modern art out of the waste products they find!
Matt - will be going on a recce to find a suitable location for something secret happening later in the week and (nervously) sampling some of Dom's cooking
Tina - will be having some catch-up sleep and hanging out with the team
Chris - is getting ready to go to Bangor on Sunday, so between now and then he is sorting out the music for his s oundclash with Westwood at Radio 1's Big Weekend and then he will be mostly chillin', maxin' and relaxin'
Dave - is buying two new front tyres for his car, then he'll be thinking about washing, packing and planning his trip to Bangor
Dom - will be washing and packing for Bangor as well, but he might go to the FA Cup Final tomorrow with his son
Tina - is having a singing lesson with Yvie Burnett, then she will be loading new music onto her MP3 player and having cocktails with friends tonight
Aled - is heading to Wrexham tonight, Pineapple Dance Studios tomorrow, then onto Liverpool and finally to Bangor on Sunday
Matt - will be going to his friend's wedding tonight and then will be driving to North Wales with Rachel tomorrow to check out their new home for a week
Chris - is having physio on his leg and then will be training this afternoon. Later on he will be playing computer games and will also be packing his bags for Bangor.
Dave - is going to spend a long afternoon in his Imaginarium with Roy Walker (again!)
Dom - is recording the Odd Box and then probably going to the gym/sauna again
Tina - might be doing more singing with Yvie later, but she will definitely be packing her bags for Bangor and attending a Sport Awards Show tonight

Chris - is having a few meetings, then he's recording some parodies with Dave and having lunch with the Head of Channel 4. Tonight he's out with his Quiz Night people to celebrate getting a 3rd series.

Tina - is having lunch with a friend and then will go to the gym - she may also be doing something secret for the show tomorrow
Aled - is working on Project Bangor and then is going home to sleep.
Matt - is also working on Project Bangor, getting a long-overdue haircut and then tonight will be sampling some of Chris' curry
Chris - walked home yesterday (5 miles) but he didn't do any bike work or important stretching, so today he'll be doing 5 miles on the bike and some very important stretching later on . Hopefully tonight he'll be spending some time on the games console and then meeting up with Philip Schofield to talk about a new range of ice creams he's launching in the summer*
