What the team are up to this bank holiday weekend...
Chris - hasn't trained this week, so he's going to run today for at least an hour and a half, then tonight he'll be going for beers. Also he'll be sorting out one of his wardrobes, excited to throw away clothes that don't fit anymore!
Dave - is having some more fun with his high pressure jet washer and then taking some things to the tip
Dom - will be at a Magic Weekend in Scotland, wearing a kilt and sporran
Aled - will be coming up with ideas for his summer holiday, and then on Sunday will be DJ-ing at a nightclub with a rather unusual name
Tina - will be seeing her Gran tonight and then presenting the news on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ3 all weekend
Matt - will be celebrating his Dad and sister's birthdays this weekend and then producing Judge Jules' epic dance show on Monday afternoon from 4pm
Chris - is filming his bit in the Radio 1 Big Weekend TV advert, then he's prepping tonight's dinner...what shall he have? And he might get some Call Of Duty action in, along with some training and tonight he'll be watching Celebrity Juice - The Radio 1 edition (on ITV2 tonight at 10pm)
Dave - will be playing some more with his new high-powered jet washer
Aled - is trying to get his sink to fit in his bathroom, even though it's an inch too big
Tina - is having lunch with her friend Sarah Jane from ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 1Xtra (weekends 7-10am), and then watching the football tonight
Dom - will be presenting the Oddbox today, then watching Liverpool tonight and then Celebrity Juice
Matt - has meetings galore today, then this evening he'll be cooking meatballs and catching up on episodes of The Bill
Chris - is meeting up with his friend Jamie Oliver and they are going to film a charity video with Bono, Ronan Keating and Robert De Niro*. He's also doing some training and watching last week's Doctor Who.
Dave - will be playing hide and seek in the garden with Nicole as it's sunny today and then watching the football later on
Tina - has a meeting with the head of news, then she's having her roots done and her eyebrows threaded
Aled - has got the playlist meeting this afternoon, he's then going to a pizza restaurant (but will be trying to avoid eating pizza)
Dom - is interviewing Jennifer Lopez today, the results of which you'll hear on Friday's show

Chris - is having orthotics* sorted on his feet, then this afternoon he'll be catching up on episodes of Doctor Who and then he'll be cooking tonight - probably beef and chili in black bean sauce
Dom - is going to a screening at lunchtime for the new Jennifer Lopez film 'The Back Up Plan' and then he'll be planting onions this afternoon
Dave - will be having a tour management meeting with Westwood, advising where he should be going and then tonight he may cook some pasta
Aled - is going to record company appointments, then the gym and if he has time, the cinema to see the film with Dom
Tina - will be buying lightbulbs
Matt - will also be buying lightbulbs and then cooking dinner for some mates tonight
* Orthotics is the medical field concerned with the application and manufacture of orthoses, devices which support or correct the function of a limb or the torso
Chris - is back in the UK, so he's having a meeting with Rachel, Aled and Sam after the show, then he's having lunch with Big Boss Ben; he'll be training this afternoon and this evening it's all about catching up on episodes of Lost and 24
Dave - might treat himself to a little afternoon nap, and then later on he's going to Windsor Races with Greg James and Producer Neil
Aled - is going for a meeting with Chris, Rachel and Sam, then he's going running and tonight he might go to the cinema to watch the rest of the Jones (with Demi Moore and David Duchovony)
Dom - has a really boring day of meetings, which is frankly quite dull and then later on he's doing a parachute jump*
Tina - is paying a parking fine, then repairing her car and then tonight she's going for dinner with the girls at a posh club
Matt - has a meeting with Rob DJ at lunchtime, then some record company appointments and tonight he has a stack of washing to sort out (rock 'n' roll)
Chris - is sorting out the arrangements for coming home today
Dave - is celebrating his birthday in style by having a nice pub lunch with his wife Jayne
Dom - is doing a 'secret thing' on Saturday evening and generally enjoying the sunshine
Tina - is going for lunch with her friend Duncan today and then they're going to play Laser Quest
Aled - is going to Dave's birthday tomorrow and is getting ready to simulcast on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 1 and ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio 1Xtra a volunteering Surgery special with Alexandra Burke (?) and Tim Westwood
Matt - is going to sunny Wolverhampton for his Aunty's 50th Birthday

Chris - is going back to sleep, then if he's still in New York he's going to watch the recording of David Letterman's show and then he'll be going to the Mets baseball game
Dave - might treat himself to an afternoon kip as he struggles to adapt to the early morning starts
Tina - is presenting the Newsbeat bulletins this morning and has absolutely no plans this evening as she's knackered!
Aled - is attending the screening of The Joneses with Matt, then has a playlist meeting and then tonight is working out what he's going to do for tomorrow's show if Chris can't make it!
Matt - is doing exactly the same as Aled
Sam - is producing Greg James today and then has to do a lot of forward planning.

Chris - will be sleeping after doing his show from New York today (it's 6am their time)
Dave - is preparing to be a judge on Dancing On Ice: The Tour tonight
Aled - has record company appointments this morning
Tina - will be filling in for Dom by presenting Newsbeat today
Sam/Matt - will be hard at work in the office working on some exciting features for the show whilst eating copious amounts of chocolate - tonight Sam will be doing some wedding prep and Matt has a string quartet rehearsal

Today,
CHRIS - will be "resting, relaxing and maxing" this holiday! He has no plans, apart from to catch up on a lot of sleep and write some new cheesy songs. He'll also be going to L.A to work on Ozzy Osbourne's new album.*
DAVE - is having a stay-cation, with the Alsatian dogs he breeds!* He'll just be at home with the big dawgs!
DOM - is also having a stay-cation, he's not going away at all! He'll also be learning to play the cello with Chesney Hawkes, which he's looking forward to alot!!*
TINA - is going to Dubai and cannot wait.
ALED - is staying at home, partly in London and partly in Aberystwyth.
*some bits may not be entirely true!
