Happy Birthday Rachel!
I’m guessing it was, as Rachel knows how to party – even on a school night which starts for her at 5am, so having the morning off meant Rachel went a little mad last night.
If you heard the show this morning you’d know that Sir Aled Sugalumps filled in and set the team the task of coming up with games to play on air as part of Aled’s Friday Fun.

What an amazing day. I feel slightly closer to nature today after opening the new lemur enclosure at Whipsnade Zoo.
Not only did i cut the ribbon - i also provided a head for the lemur's to jump on. That's right. I was in the enclosure with them.... check out this picture!

Hello to you. When the subject of writing the blog came up in today's show meeting, everyone seemed to say they were busy, so it's down to me today.

It's been a few months since I've been entrusted with blog duty but now that I'm no longer being labelled a scab and I've returned to the fold I'm allowed to interact with you guys again.

Time for another one of those blog rocking treats. Well not really. It's apparently my time of the month in terms of interactive diary writing, which ordinarily is something I quite enjoy, but I'm currently rushing out of the office as it's Friday and I'm still kind of in the process of moving house with my girlfriend Jayne.

Good Day to you bloggers!!! I am speaking to you today in considerable amount of pain...Yesterday I decided to play football in a five a side tournament with loads of mates from ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Sport. Its fair to say I haven't done any proper exercise since doing the Great North Run but I figured I would be ok..But in actual fact I can hardly walk!!

The Proclaimers came in yesterday. There are two of them. and they are twins. Not just that, but they are brothers, plus they look identical.
They are called Charles and Eddie (come on, would I lie to you?)
Brilliant.

Hello from Radio 1 HQ
What an amazing week. Give or take the odd strained voice – a very successful Rallyoke week all round I feel. We managed all 7 Rallyoke nights around the UK, we raised £600,000 for Comic Relief and we didn’t kill each other in the process. Result. In fact, bar Rachel’s tiredness this morning, the whole team seemed on top form today – amazing what acting like Rock stars for a week and a day off can do for you!

Standing outside Radio 1 waiting to get on the tour bus on Friday morning I couldn't believe I'd been given the lucky job of being part of the Red Nose Rallyoke tour. Daily doses of karaoke action along with a chance to witness the antics of the Breakfast team, all whilst raising tonnes of money for Comic Relief - perfect!...

Hello from R1HQ in London. I'm back in the office today to oversee the Rallyoke side of things from here, and hopefully catch up on some sleep. This morning left at 5am after another rocking Rallyoke night, and boy does it feel strange to be back in the real world.

Tis true!
This elitist little club called the Television and Radio Industry Club awards which has been running since 1931 have decided this year to give all their radio awards to The Chris Moyles Show – how cool is that!
This is now the second year we’ve been to the TRIC awards and it’s turning out to be one of the biggest laughs of our year. In fact the whole laughing bit is contained in just a few minutes during the award ceremony, the bit where, for some reason, they feel compelled to run through which celebs are there! With spotlights, cameras and the celeb standing up to take a bow and everything! BRILLIANT!

Hello and a very good morning to you...how can it be Monday already?
Anyway, you might remember on the show a few weeks ago Chris spoke to Matt Lucas and David Walliams. They're in Australia at the moment with the Little Britain Tour. Sounds all very glamourous. Well even more glam than that, they only went an visited the set of Neighbours.
The reason we know this is because Chris' great mate Matt Lucas has sent him this photo...
