Please, Give Me Up! GIVE ME UP!
You know that thing people do where they trick their friends into believing they've spilled something down their front, via the medium of pointing, then doink their nose when they look down? Well, the internet has its own variation on this theme, and it's called 'Rick-Rolling'.
Rick-Rolling, as I'm sure you already know, is when someone posts a link on their webpage or blog, which claims to be a link to something amazing, but it turns ouhahaha, it turhahahah, it turns out to behahaha, sorry, I can DO this...it turns ohahahahaha
*self faceslap*
OK, so it turns out to be a link to Rick Astley's song 'Never Gonna Give You Up', a hit from 1987. That's the joke.
It's a good joke, isn't it? You expect one thing, you get another. Like if I offered to make you a cup of tea, only I came back with a cup of coffee. Or I answer your phone, and tell you it's your mum, when actually it's your doctor, with some serious test results.
BAM! Comedy gold.
And, as with a lot of very funny things on this here internet, the joke has gathered such massive momentum that a group calling themselves the RickRollerz has remixed the song and released it.
Of course, if we were to all adhere to the spirit of the joke properly, what we'd all do, right, is tell Rickrollerz we were going to buy their blatant cash-in remix, and then all go and buy something else instead.
That would be SO. FUNNY.

argh, I bet that must be really irritating.
Everytime someone clicks on that link that HORRIBLE HORRIBLE song blasts through your computer speakers.
I gotta admit, I'd find that hilarious if that happened to my mum when she was trying to do her Asda shopping online XP
