Where's my superhero? I've been kidnapped...
No big releases this weekend, but we do haveÌýnext week to look forward to, when new kid on the block Imran Khan's Kidnap goes head to head with A B junior's Drona.ÌýWhich one are you eagerly waiting to see?
Raj: It will be interesting to see if Imran can pull off being a bad guy. In the trailers, he's worked out, got a deep voiceÌýand it'sÌýall finished off with a tattoo. The female eye candy comes in the form of Minissha Lamba, who has had a complete makeover and apparently never looked sexier, will this help the film in it's fight for the top slot?
Pablo: I am really worried about Drona. The audiences did not agree with Love Story 2050, I don't know why, I loved it. Now Priyanka Chops is coming to us without the red hair, in the form of a female warrior, with A B junior as a superhero. Are we ready for another film where our suspension of beliefÌýis on high? Where are the films that deal with kids separated at birth, the wicked step mum, adultery, running away marring the love of your life, becoming an alcoholic, and the actress who turns into a snake when faced with evil? All these we can deal with, maybe even being kidnapped.Ìý But superhero? Time will tell...
