She had just landed at Heathrow and zoomed into ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ TV Centre and gave us a big hug and a kiss. We LOVE HER!. What can I say about the concert but simply Unforgettable - the production values, choreography, performances were all breathtaking. Bollywood at its BEST.Ìý Ritesh opened the show, Preity shimmered on stage, Abhi arrived through the audience, Aishwariya lighting up the stage; Shilpa taking our breath away with her dance moves, Vishal Shekhar singing live , AND Mr. Bachchan!Ìý The man's stage presence takes my breath away. The magic moment for me was his dedication to his late mother when he recited the dialogues from the classic Yash Chopra movie "Deewar"- not a dry eye in the house.Ìý

What amazed me more than anything else is the unification Bollywood gives people - a common experience, a united emotional essence all wrapped up in the glamtastic magic of Indian movies.Ìý GIVE ME MORE!!

Loosen up, tell the truth. The show was flabby in parts, padded with superfluous video introductions, and certainly didn't have particularly high production values! Six silver cardboard boxes and some ribbons for Ash is about the height of it.
Not enough Preity, the real talent in that crowd, but WOW, Shilpa Shetty set the stage ON FIRE!
But you're right, the crowd were united as one in their adoration of Mr Amitabh Bachchan.
PS. I didn't see you there because, like most people, I was in the cheap seats...
