La La Land
Meet Gary Garner, Brendan Allen and Shirley Ghostman... well meet who plays all three of them in brand new comedy La La Land on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Three.
Marc's creations are entirely made up, but the people they meet are completely real and have no idea that they are talking to an actors. It's like a crazy cross between Summer Heights High, The Gemma Factor and Borat.
Gary Garner's porn-star Mum has just died. and using his inheritance he's trying to make it as a Hollywood actor. Does he have what it takes to follow in the footsteps of his heroes Jason Statham and Vinnie Jones?
Brendan Allen is an aspiring documentary maker who has plans to make a film about sharks from an entirely new perspective, although it might already have been done.
You may remember Shirley Ghostman from his previous series on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Three, High Spirits with Shirley Ghostman. A professional psychic, Shirley had to escape the UK after being exposed and is now trying to start again in LA.
You can watch La La Land online, then come back to the blog and let us know your favourite bits.
Graham Matthews is content producer for ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Three online.

There were too many Ironic Sarcastic Witty,Endearing,Embarassing and connivingly hilarious moments that I
do not have a favorite The whole 2 episodes that I watched were entertaininley funny and educational. I
especially admired,"Gary Garner's" personal assistant.Whose name I did not get, but found to be a 100% honest entertainments industry advisor-she is brillant in the many areas of her work, some of which. I do not think she is aware. It would be appreciated by myself if Mr. Wootton could take the time to extend my appreciation for her professionalism.
Mr. Graham matthews is to be congratulated on his contents choices and I look forward to viewing future content.
Well done.

I believe everyone is entitled to their own opinion and as we all know comedy is totally subjective. We can't please everyone, as demonstrated by Christie's comment above, however we are always careful to put together the most entertaining show we can. A lot of time and a lot of love went into La La Land and the huge amount of great feedback we've had makes it all extremely worthwhile.
We love criticism too as it help us improve what we do, provided it is constructive. Sometimes it is not and that isn't helpful to anyone. Marc, Misha and I take time to read all feedback (good and bad) and where possible we'll drop by and answer any questions you may have about the show.
Hope you enjoy the rest of the series as much as we did making it. And if you do, please tell your friends about La La Land.
Love and Light
Liam

Me and my housemate have watched every episode 4 times now it's utter brilliance. If this was shown on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ2 it would be MASSIVE!! You need to show it on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ2 as soon as. I've made threads about it on a busy forum I post on and it's been getting lots of love. All 3 characters are quality but Gary Garner just pips it for me his rack of ribs story is legend.
My favourite scene is when Gary meets Bobby Trendy "I'm not taking advice from a little child dressed as a medieval time traveller" LOL. What makes me laugh even more is Marc looks like he is cracking up when he see's Bobby Trendy for the first time.
Can I ask did Marc actually crack up when he met Bobby Trendy? (I can't believe people like Bobby actually exist!)
Full credit to Brendan to especially the climbing documentary scene where he keeps calling the bald guy "Old man" and episode 5 with the HOBOHOTEL had us in tears we loved it when Brendan hooked out the cattle prod.
I have to go back to work now but I could praise this show all day
PLEASE MAKE ANOTHER SERIES THERE ARE PLENTY OF CLUELESS AMERICANS OUT THERE TO WIND UP!!

I know it has been suggested that a quick repeat on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ2 or ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ4 would be in order, and I want to say that although it was on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ3, which is considered a young people's channel, I am 79 and enjoyed it a lot. Mark Wotton is brilliant and though there is a part of Borat in the idea of it, the writers and Mark have captured the fringe people that exist in LA with such a spirit that makes one wonder just how they managed to con so many people! I have spent time in LA and know those people well: the accuracy of each episode was flabbergasting. It must be shown to adults as well as youngsters.
