In Feb 08 the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ announced that subtitles were being added to iPlayer and should be available by Dec 08. Its now nearly three years on and the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ engineers still have not solved this problem!!
For an eighth of the population (7m plus) is an immense audience to ignore.
