Seetha Kumar (ex head of ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ HD) has been appointed Controller, bbc.co.uk. From the press release:
Seetha will lead the overall strategic and editorial development of bbc.co.uk, chairing a new bbc.co.uk board which brings together key executives from across the ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ.
The ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ's Research and Development at Kingswood Warren celebrated its 60th birthday last week with a demonstration of a "working real-time demodulator capable of receiving signals compliant to the DVB-T2 standard":
