Hey..

Ok so some of you may know that I adopted a monkey in Malawi recently. Her name is Nakumi. She's great, very cute but a little hairy. Unfortunately I haven't been able to see her. It has really been a great taste of fatherhood - all I have managed to do is send her some photos of me and a Metz and Trix CD. She wasn't too impressed - you know it's difficult to work out what the kids are into these days.

Nakumi will always have a special place in my heart but I have decided to adopt someone closer to home. Dudley infact. A small town with a zoo just outside Birmingham. It's a lovely little place known for its beautiful accent and mosque.

Recently I made a visit to the zoo and was able to choose which of the animals to adopt. First up I went to see the Squirrel and the Saki monkeys. Watch the video below. Be warned that the opening bit of this video is quite sad.

All this week I'll be posting a new video on the blog each day. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have a new family member...find out whether it has a tail and how many legs it has..

Doing some research upon adoption myself, in adopting an animal, it should be fun and easy, of your up most favorite animal, its shows care and a conservation with wildlife, at the same time you be helping the animal, by supporting them physically, mentally and sociology, that helps you and the animal. Adoption is Easy, Just Gotta find the right animal for you, only you Adil can make this decision alone so which animal would you like: giraffe, chimpanzee, Malayan sun bear, red panda, Sumatran tiger or kiwi, etc...

When you meet your animal you will know?

Dont Worry! You will find the perfect one... Shaziya Ramji x

I'm not really an animal person but my favourite fanimal would have to be Dino from the Flintstones!! :)

I quite like bears, big and cuddly but dangerous and feisty. Yogi bear!!

Real life animals, i think i would adopt an elephant. Having been to an elephant orphanage sanctuary and being an endangered animal, i think i'd adopt to protect an elephant. Therefore another favourite fanimal would be Dumbo!
