What Gemma Did Next : err the day after recording this feature, Gemma tried out making the meal in her kitchen. She went to the toilet and left the fat for the dumplings on the heat and it WENT ON FIRE! She's ok, the kitchen is ok, her landlord has just about recovered. Phew.
