Playing with a friend
Throw the balloon or ball towards your partner.
Clap your hands when the object is in the air before your partner catches it.
Make it easier
We are all unique and have different strengths and skills. Some of us may find some skills easier than others but we can all develop and improve.
You can adapt Throw Clap to make it easier. The most important things are giving it a go and having fun!
Make it easier
Try these tips to make the activity a bit easier.
- Try throwing and catching the balloon, ball or other object without clapping.
- You can add in a single clap and build it up gradually.
Danny's challenge
Set yourself a target of at least five claps before catching.
Try to add in more claps every time.
