Annual Report and Accounts 2010/11
Each year the 成人快手 reports to licence fee payers and audiences in the Annual Report and Accounts. The Annual Report and Accounts are formally laid in Parliament in accordance with the requirements of the Charter. Usually this happens in July. They are also published on the 成人快手鈥檚 website.
The Annual Report is published in two parts. Part 1 is the 成人快手 Trust鈥檚 review and assessment of 成人快手 performance during the year. Part 1 also includes information about the work of the Trust and the costs of running the Trust. Part 2 is the 成人快手 Executive鈥檚 report on its own performance during the year.
The 成人快手鈥檚 financial statements (the 鈥渁ccounts鈥�) are prepared by the 成人快手 Executive and audited by independent auditors before being presented to the Trust and laid in Parliament.
In addition to the Annual Report and Accounts, the 成人快手 is required to lay a television licence fee trust statement in Parliament. This is shows the revenue receivable from Licence Fee payers, in accordance with the Accounts Direction given by HM Treasury in accordance with Section 2 of the Exchequer and Audit Departments Act 1921.

成人快手 staff training
As required by the 成人快手's Agreement, the Executive Board reports to the Trust annually on the current operation and effectiveness of the arrangements for the training and retraining of 成人快手 staff. This commentary sets out the Trust's observations on the Executive's arrangements over the 成人快手's financial year ending at 31 March 2011.
