成人快手 Trust approves AMC Networks and 成人快手 Worldwide partnership

The 成人快手 Trust has approved the partnership of AMC Networks Inc and 成人快手 Worldwide, announced today. Under the terms of the partnership agreement, AMC Networks will acquire a 49.9% equity stake in the cable channel 成人快手 America.

Trust approval is required for all major transactions under the commercial services protocol. Trustees must assess whether the strategic rationale is sound, and that the transaction is consistent with the four criteria for commercial services set out in The Agreement. These require that all commercial activity:

  • Fits with the 成人快手鈥檚 public purposes.
  • Exhibits commercial efficiency.
  • Does not jeopardise the good reputation of the 成人快手 or the values of its brand; and
  • Complies with the principles set out in the 成人快手鈥檚 fair trading policy.

The Trust was satisfied that the proposed partnership between AMC Networks and 成人快手 Worldwide met the above criteria and gave their approval on this basis.
