"I鈥檓 a native of Sierra Leone, a former British colony in West Africa. After my secondary school education in Sierra Leone, I went to Europe. Firstly to West Germany (as it was called in the l960s.)

"I studied broadcast journalism: TV camera operation, producer, and news script editing.

"I lived in London, from 1965-1968; and briefly attended the Goldsmith鈥檚 College, London University, reading psychology in the adult education department.

"I returned to Munich, Germany, in l968, and joined the Bayerischer Rundfunk鈥� as camera-assistant.

"In 1976, I arrived in the United States, and continued my university education, graduating with a B.A., M.A., and Ph.D., in communication and political science (international relations.)

"I鈥檝e been teaching at various colleges and universities since I graduated with a doctorate from 鈥淭he Ohio State University鈥� in Columbus, Ohio, in 1989.

"My satellite XM radio set is on for 24 hours for 成人快手 programmes: News, public affairs, education, discussions are my favourite."
