The 成人快手 World Service Corporate Governance Framework
成人快手 World Service is funded by a Parliamentary Grant-in-Aid, administered by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) of the British government.
Operationally, 成人快手 World Service is part of the 成人快手. The FCO, in close consultation with 成人快手 World Service, is involved in the process of deciding which languages are broadcast, but production and editorial control rests entirely with the 成人快手.
The relationship between 成人快手 World Service and the FCO is governed by two documents: the Broadcasting Agreement, which sets out the aims and objectives of 成人快手 World Service and provisions for performance assessment; and, the Financial Memorandum, which sets out the financial arrangements.
The 成人快手 World Service Board is operationally responsible for complying with these two documents.
Within the 成人快手 ultimate responsibility for 成人快手 World Service is vested in the 成人快手 Trust, which is the sovereign body of the corporation. The 成人快手 Trust and the 成人快手 executive Board ensure that 成人快手 World Service operates responsibly and maintains high standards of editorial integrity and content.
The respective responsibilities of the 成人快手 Trust and the 成人快手 executive Board relating to the operation of 成人快手 World Service are outlined in a protocol published by the 成人快手 Trust.
