President Yahyah Jammeh recently marked 15 years in office in the Gambia, a country that has been hard for us to report from in recent years.
His regime is credited with having brought about infrastructural development through the building of roads, health centres and schools but one persistent criticism his regime faces, is the lack of press freedom and muzzling the opposition.
