Yvonne and Alice discuss the langauge used by estate agents and find out how a more poetic approach can appeal to not only the pockets and minds of people hoping to buy a new house or flat, but also to their feelings.

This week's question:

The smallest house in London was built 1805 and it's said that it was used by people who were watching out for body snatchers – people who stole bodies from the nearby cemetery for medical examinations. Can you guess how wide that house is?
