Are you a morning or an evening person?

Do you naturally wake up early or go to bed late? You might be biologically aligned to a different time zone. This week Dan and Kate discuss sleeping patterns and why some people are naturally early risers – larks – and some people are much better late at night – owls.

a famously early-rising bird. People who wake up early in the morning are sometimes known as 'larks'

owl

a type of bird that tends to come out at night. People who stay up late are sometimes known as 'owls' or 'night-owls'
