Many people are unable to or just don't want to get online
While many of us rely on the Internet for keeping in touch with friends, learning new skills and shopping, there are still some people who are just not interested or are unable to get online.
Kate and Dima find out why this is and hear from a speaker who has been employed by the government to encourage more people join the digital revolution.
