Britain is less happy than in the 1950s despite the fact that we are three times richer. So what exactly makes us happy? A new car, an expensive holiday or simply spending time with friends and family?

Join Rebecca and Kate as they discuss what makes them feel cheerful as well as hear from some experts about where we can find true happiness.
