Paintbrush bristles will feel different to anything else your baby has touched.
This new tickly feeling might make them giggle. Gently tickle or stroke their toes, fingers and cheeks, and name body parts as you touch them.
As they get older, bring on the paint! Holding a paintbrush and dipping it into paint is a great way for your baby to build the muscles in their hands and helps coordination.
You and your baby WILL get messy, so best cover the floor before you start.
