Just showing mum that you鈥檙e working together as a team. So if mum chooses to breastfeed, when she鈥檚 up, it doesn鈥檛 mean you can fall asleep constantly. You can wake up, change the nappy and then it's teamwork as well. And also if it means you鈥檙e winding the baby allowing the mum to sleep or if you鈥檙e not breastfeeding, for some night feeds to be done by partners. That can help the mum sleep in the night and able to function more when she鈥檚 not as tired as well. So teamwork.

Yeah, just teamwork. Because, I guess, as a man your body's not going through the exact same changes during the pregnancy and post-delivery. So, I guess just knowing that you can, kinda sacrifice yourself in some way to help and it's not exactly the same but I guess it can try and make amends as such and you feel like you鈥檙e kind of giving something.
