If you haven't heard about it before, 'Tea Side: A Travelling Tearoom' is the brain child of arts company Skimstone, which took a van across the busy high streets of Teesside gathering stories along the way.

Those stories have now been made into a film, which will be played out at the Big Screen during a massive tea party between 2pm and 4pm on Saturday 18 April in Middlesbrough's Centre Square.

Think Mad Hatter and you're on the right track, the tea party will see vintage tea room style decor of doilys, tea pots, roses and chintz galore!

Bring along your own picnic blankets and flasks, or join in with the free tea on offer and browse the goods on sale at the stalls set up around the Big Screen.

Or if shopping and tea drinking isn't your style, bring along the little ones for a ride in a tea cup, as all the fun of the fair comes to Centre Square!

Come rain or shine it'll be a fun day for all the family.
