The Terrific Scientific Grow investigation looks at how temperature and daylight hours affect plant growth.
Pupils will be planting spring onions in small growth chambers in their school grounds. They will measure and record the growth of the spring onion and the temperature outside for two weeks.
For the Grow investigation, the two data points shown on our map at class level are: the average final height of each class鈥檚 onions; and the average lunchtime high temperature during the two weeks.
