In this film Dr Ranj Singh goes back to school to help a teaching assistant looking for the confidence to take the next step in his career.

Kela Lewis-Morin is training to be a teacher, but often doubts his own abilities: 鈥淓very day I'm nervous about, can I do it鈥 am I good enough?鈥 He says: 鈥淚 know I'm not growing and I want to grow.鈥

Dr Ranj is one of the resident doctors on This Morning, and host of BAFTA award-winning CBeebies series, Get Well Soon. His work can be found in numerous magazines and websites where he gives expert opinion and advice on a range of physical and mental health matters. He鈥檚 also author of two children鈥檚 books.

In the film he pays a surprise visit to Kela, to offer advice based on his own experience.

He tells Kela that when he was younger, there was a time he worried he wasn鈥檛 good enough: 鈥淚 held myself back on a lot of things. It's only when I got into my 20s that I thought hang on a second, hang on. If I'm not careful life is going to pass me by.鈥
