We worked with the team behind C˿ series Deadly Mission Shark to bring you this exciting science Live Lesson hosted by Steve Backshall and Naomi Wilkinson from the National Marine Aquarium in Plymouth.

What happens in the KS2 Science Live Lesson?

Inspired by the C˿ series – which follows a team of kids from the UK and the Bahamas as they learn to dive with sharks and help protect them – in this Live Lesson children learn all about sharks, their adaptations, and the threats to their survival.

Sharks, and their relatives are in serious trouble – more than one third of their species are endangered and at risk of becoming extinct due to activities like overfishing. Catch up with all episodes so far on ˿ iPlayer.
