12: Golden eggs

Jack watches from his hiding place as the hen lays a golden egg.

When the giant falls asleep once more Jack comes out of his hiding place and talks to the giant's wife. Just like the silver coins, the hen doesn't actually belong to the giant. So Jack puts the golden hen under his arm and climbs back down the beanstalk to his Ma.
