Find out what's happening in Strictly Come Dancing 2009
News
A Sunday night show means another couple leaving Strictly for good, but there were plenty of treats to get through before that happened. First the pro dancers showed what they could do with a Rumba to Amazed by Lonestar.
That was followed by an impressive foxtrot danced by Vincent and Flavia to Endless Love by Diana Ross and Lionel Ritchie. Next there was another chance to see the girls' Swing to Choo Choo Ch'Boogie, and to top it all off, Andrea Bocelli was in the studio singing Canto Della Terra, accompanied by Anton and Erin performing a Ballroom dance.
Then was time to find out which two couples would be dancing again. It was revealed that Gary and Karen and Mark and Hayley had the lowest combined scores. After they had both reprised their dances, Craig led the judges in chosing to save Mark and Hayley. Arlene followed suit, and so the decision was up to Bruno. "I have to go for the couple who returned with added attack, invigorated, snarling! It's Mark and Hayley," he said. All that was left was for Gary and Karen to dance themselves out to the Gladys Knight and the Pips song Midnight Train to Georgia.
