'Playground' was shot on location in Serbia by Staffordshire University student Naima Elmasri. The documentary film explores the problems for Roma Gypsies in Serbia. The competition was organised by NOISE - an arts website which exhibits the very best in creative talent from people 25 and under. Guerrilla ReportageNaima's film was showcased in the category of Guerrilla Reportage. The brief was set for short films which gave young people the opportunity to show their lives/backgrounds. Help playing audio/video More about Naima...Naima was born in Australia, Melbourne but came to England when she was 18 to study filmamking. Naima chose Staffordshire Universtity where she studied for a BA in Media Production course and she recently graduated in July 2008. Naima says she's made some great friends in Stoke-on-Trent. Seven years later, she is still here and now calls England home. Her future ambitions are to keep making films, working on films as well as on TV with current affairs.
