With right side facing, fold right "flap" over left " flap" and sew each flap down with a couple of stitches. The "flaps" should be in line with the last row of welt. Using the top remaining thread, sew two or three stitches to set the top of the bonnet where the "crossover" starts. NOTE: The bonnet may be finished with ribbons or crochet ties.
