'Nothing done' in Leeds head coach search - Blease
Leeds Rhinos are yet to decide on a new head coach, says sporting director Ian Blease - who has denied Australian Brad Arthur is set to replace Rohan Smith.
Smith departed last month and while Leeds have won their two matches since, both have been unconvincing victories against sides in Super League's bottom four.
But they remain in the hunt for a play-off place, sitting seventh after Saturday's golden-point win over strugglers London Broncos.
"We are firming up some of our options but there is nothing that has officially been done as of now," Blease said.
"It's a very, very important decision for us as a club and we need to make sure we get the right man.
"Him (Arthur) and a number of candidates have been discussed and interviewed so I鈥檒l be making those choices next week."
