Giants winger Swift out for season after surgery
Huddersfield Giants winger Adam Swift will miss the rest of the 2024 Super League season due to a groin injury.
Swift made on social media platform X, formerly known as Twitter, on Thursday afternoon confirming he had undergone surgery on the problem.
"Tuesday was the end of my 2024 season after adductor reconstruction surgery," said Swift.
"A frustrating last few months but now onwards and upwards to next year."
The 31-year-old last featured for Huddersfield in an 18-16 defeat by Salford Red Devils in May.
