Hull KR sign Leeds Rhinos prop Ryan Bailey on two-year deal
Hull KR have signed Leeds Rhinos prop Ryan Bailey on a two-year deal.
The 30-year-old came through the club's academy and made 313 appearances for the Challenge Cup holders, helping them to six Grand Final wins.
Bailey played in August's Challenge Cup final win over Castleford at Wembley.
"It was a difficult decision to leave Leeds, I was born in the city and I've won some great finals but now I want to bring some of that experience to Rovers," he told
"It's going to be a big challenge but I'm looking forward to it."
Leeds Rhinos chief executive Gary Hetherington said: "Ryan leaves the Rhinos with everyone's best wishes.
"When the approach came from Hull KR for a two-year deal, because of Ryan's outstanding service for the club we were happy for him to speak to them."
Bailey's arrival strengthens a forward pack that has lost Neville Costigan and in recent days.
