    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 77-2 (11 overs)

Glamorgan's acting captain, David Lloyd, brings himself on to bowl for the first time. It's not a bad over apart from one delivery which Eoin Morgan drills back down the pitch, forcing partner Paul Stirling to take evasive action, as it races to the boundary.

  2. 6 runs

Postpublished at 19:13 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 71-2 (10 overs)

Paul Stirling takes to the skies again and hammers Prem Sisodiya down the ground for six. It's 'anything you can do, I can do better' as Eoin Morgan deposits the final ball of the over beyond the rope at mid-wicket to bring up a 50 partnership from 41 balls.

  3. Postpublished at 19:09 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 54-2 (9 overs)

A much better over for Glamorgan. Just four singles from it. Well bowled, Dan Douthwaite.

Paul Stirling is 37 not out, Eoin Morgan has nine and Middlesex need 97 from 11 overs.

  4. 6 runs

Postpublished at 19:05 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 50-2 (8 overs)

Glamorgan call up Marnus Labuschagne and his first ball is seized on by Paul Stirling, who goes down on one knee and hoists it over mid-wicket for a maximum. You can imagine his eyes lighting up like the wolf on meeting Little Red Riding Hood's granny.

A single by Stirling from the final delivery takes the Middlesex total to 50 - they are a third of the way there, with 12 overs remaining.

  5. Postpublished at 19:02 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 40-2 (7 overs)

It may be a cliche, but when Paul Stirling hits them, they stay hit. Ruaidhri Smith sends one down wide of off stump and the Middlesex opener crashes it square for four - a shot of which Gordon Greenidge and Robin Smith, renowned cutters both, would have been very proud.

  6. Game on at Trent Bridgepublished at 19:00 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

Notts Outlaws v Derbyshire Falcons (play due to begin at 19:15 BST)

Better news at last from Trent Bridge where we will see some cricket get under way shortly.

Derbyshire have won the toss and decided to have a bowl, with the game reduced to 15 overs each.

Alex Hales and Joe Clarke are set to open the batting for the Outlaws.

  7. 6 runs

Postpublished at 18:58 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 35-2 (6 overs)

You wouldn't want to be a bowler with Paul Stirling and Eoin Morgan batting together and well set. Stirling demonstrates his power by pulling Timm van der Gugten for six over mid-wicket as he progresses to 22 not out.

  8. Postpublished at 18:54 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 28-2 (5 overs)

Eoin Morgan looked good in his 38 against Gloucestershire on Thursday and he has his first boundary here, stroked away through the covers off Dan Douthwaite. He is six not out and Paul Stirling has 15.

  9. Postpublished at 18:50 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 20-2 (4 overs)

Great over by Timm van der Gugten. Just two runs conceded and a wicket.

  10. Latest on delayed gamespublished at 18:48 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

There are a lot of furrowed brows glancing skywards at Worcester's New Road - but still no cricket unfortunately.

The umpires now want to have a fourth pitch inspection at 19:00 BST - this game was originally due to begin at 17:30 BST.

Yorkshire v Durham is also subject to a pitch inspection in just over 10 minutes and we await the latest news from Notts v Derbyshire which has also been delayed.

WICKET Cracknell c Sisodiya b van der Gugten 4published at 18:46 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 17-2 (3.1 overs)

Timm van der Gugten takes the third over for Glamorgan and strikes immediately as Joe Cracknell mis-times an attempt to turn the ball off his hip and lobs a catch to backward square leg.

England T20 captain Eoin Morgan is the next man in.

  12. Postpublished at 18:46 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 17-1 (3 overs)

Paul Stirling is a dangerous customer, with plenty of international experience, and there is the second boundary of his innings as he backs away and crashes Prem Sisodiya over cover. Great shot.

  13. Postpublished at 18:43 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 10-1 (2 overs)

Joe Cracknell made scores of 77 and 67 in his last two innings for Middlesex. What can he do this evening? He's content to take a look at the start of his innings, but partner Paul Stirling puts away the final ball of Ruaidhri Smith's opening over for four with a well-placed steer to third man.

    Mike Powell
Ex-Glamorgan batsman on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio Wales and ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio London

On the first over dismissal of Middlesex opener Stevie Eskinazi:

"The perfect start for Glamorgan to pick-up a wicket with the third ball of the innings.

"It was angled wide of the crease, with a little bit of turn and caught the edge."

WICKET Eskinazi c Cullen b Sisodiya 1published at 18:36 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex 2-1 (0.3 overs)

Not a great start to their run-chase by Middlesex as Stevie Eskinazi pushes forward limply to spinner Prem Sisodiya's third delivery and edges to keeper Tom Cullen, a late call-up for this game after Chris Cooke was injured in the warn-up..

  17. 'A reasonable score'published at 18:27 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

    Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex

    Mike Powell
Ex-Glamorgan batsman on ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio Wales and ³ÉÈË¿ìÊÖ Radio London

"I think that’s a reasonable score. Colin (Ingram) was the only player who got going.

"They will go in with a definitely defendable score, rather than one which is well below par.

"150 wins many games in T20 cricket."

  18. Big finish for Glamorganpublished at 18:26 British Summer Time 18 June 2021

Glamorgan 150-9 v Middlesex (20 overs) - end of innings

Prem Sisodiya is Glamorgan's number 11 and has just one ball to face. He makes the most of it with a top-edged six over long leg as Glamorgan set Middlesex a target of 151.

Timm van der Gugten finishes on 18 not out, and Steven Finn (4-19) and Blake Cullen (3-33) were the pick of the Middlesex attack.

Cullen removes Cullen as Blake has Tom caught behind for five. It's a great catch by wicketkeeper John Simpson who has to sprint back to take a skier off the outside edge.
