Ben Stokes has just taken his first County Championship wicket in three years. That's how long it is since he last played for Durham in the competition.
It's been tough going for the players today, for both the bowlers and the batsmen on a track which has slowed and is hard to score runs on.
Sam Hain had added 72 for the third Warwickshire wicket with Rob Yates when he pulled a short one from Stokes to Cameron Bancroft at leg gully.
Yates has faced 188 balls for his patient 72 and there are 45 overs remaining of day two.

Back-to-back boundaries for Steven Mullaney off George Scrimshaw, both square cuts. He is 25 not out and Haseeb Hameed has 33.
Kent 49-8 v Lancashire
Relief for Kent as James Anderson takes a rest after a 10-over spell, which brought him figures of 7-19. Danny Lamb takes over and sends down a maiden to Darren Stevens.

A maiden from Keith Barker to Rory Burns at the start of Surrey's first innings, then Mark Stoneman goes first ball.
The left-hander, who has been playing for Yorkshire on loan in the T20 Blast, looks long and hard at the pitch after edging Kyle Abbott to second slip where Joe Weatherley takes an excellent catch.
Kent 49-8 v Lancashire
A new James Anderson over - his 10th - and Darren Stevens effortlessly lifts the ball over mid-wicket for four. Three deliveries later and Stevens finds the boundary again with a well-directed deflection to third man.
He is only the second Kent batsman to reach double figures and is now 18 not out. By the way, Kent's lowest total against Lancashire was 38 all out at Maidstone in 1881, so that's one record that won't be broken today.

With so much going on at Old Trafford, we've rather neglected evebnts at Trent Bridge for a while. It's been slow going by Notts, but two runs to Haseeb Hameed, tucked round the corner off Luis Reece, has just taken their total past 50. The opener is 28 not out.

Is this the return of the Wantage Road turner?
After Dom Bess' seven-for, Simon Kerrigan, Northants' left-armer, has been brought on after only seven overs.
He struck immediately to remove Sam Northeast, dramatically released by Hampshire last week, and has a second wicket in his second over.
Yorkshire already three down and just 12 ahead.

No maiden fifty for Brad Wheal, who is lbw to Amar Virdi for what is nevertheless the best score of his career.
Colin de Grandhomme is left unbeaten on 174, made from 213 balls faced, and including three sixes and 17 fours.

Ben Stokes is back into the attack for Durham - but unlike England team-mate James Anderson, wickets continue to elude him.
Two singles from the latest an Rob Yates is now 68 not out, with Sam Hain on 27.
These two have put on 65 since the dismissal of Pieter Malan before lunch.

Things have gone rattling along at Hove this afternoon.
Glamorgan have made progress close to four-an-over so far but they have now lost four wickets.

And still Surrey's torment continues at the Ageas Bowl.Colin de Grandhomme and Brad Wheal have now added 111 and Wheal is only five short of his first half-century.
It's a 10th-wicket record for Hampshire against Surrey, beating the 96 shared by Lewis McManus and Wheal in 2016.

Darren Stevens has seen most things in his career, but perhaps not many collapses like this one.
His response? A boundary off the England paceman before he is beaten by the final delivery of the over.

James Anderson made his first-class debut in 2002. Now, here we are in 2021 and there is another huge milestone wicket for the Lancashire and England pace bowler.
Heino Kuhn is the man to go, caught behind for a nine-ball duck - the other four were all taken by the slips. His figures now are 7-5-3-5 and that is the 51st time he has taken five or more wickets in a first-class innings.
Perhaps worth mentioning here that Wilfred Rhodes took more than 4,000 first-class wickets - but he did play into his 50s, so there's still time for Anderson. (insert smiley emoji here)

We'll simply say that this one was a textbook Anderson dismissal. Jack Leaning pushed forward defensively in the approved manner, but the ball swung away, found the edge and Rob Jones held the catch at second slip.
Anderson now has 4-3 from six overs - his next wicket will be his 1,000th in first-class cricket.
